so these last few days i don't get a grade, i get an incomplete! i'll start from the beginning. Quinn has been waking up about once a night to throw up every night for like a week. then, Monday, matt ate a tasty tasty sandwich with TONS of turkey on it for lunch. about 8 o'clock that evening, food poisoning hit him like a ton of bricks! it was awful, and i thought we'd dodged that bullet because i chose tuna for lunch! go me! then, kendra confessed that she'd been feeling yucky for the last 2 days, but she hasn't eaten any of the turkey! the twist begins. the little boy she nanny's had a 12 hour flu when she watched him this past weekend. crap. so i take care of matt through the night...by take care of i mean shout "how you doing!?" from the living room. also, quinn wakes up to throw up a few times. what!? sigh. so then by morning, matt is feeling a little better, but kendra has taken a turn for the worst and throws up at work (after laying on her office floor for 2 hours), and while i was feeding quinn breakfast i got hit with some pretty serious nausea. so the second matt recovers from food poisoning the rest of us are just dying from the flu! i know, i'm being dramatic. i called my mom crying and begging her to be on-call to come if matt gets sick again and the rest of us are sick. who would take care of quinn if all the adults in the house are busy fighting over the toilets!? we're all doing better now, though we're all about 10 lbs lighter, but Quinn just spiked a fever and he's miserable. i'm just so grateful that i'm not still sick so i can take care of him! his tiny body is so hot and he just snuggles and snuggles. it's so sweet and sad. i really do plan on posting photos sometime. i'm going to be honest...i forgot how and i'm too lazy to remember.
